Start Line
EDMONTON
Starting at the beautiful Kinsmen Park near the Walterdale Bridge
Kids will start first at 1:00pm
Followed by the 10k at 1:45pm and
5km at 1:55pm
SASKATOON
Starting at Rotary Park
1:00pm Onsite activities and package pickup
2.15k start at 2:00pm
Followed by the 10k at 2:45pm and
5k at 2:55pm
CALGARY

Hydration
There will be aid stations at the 5km turnaround and snacks and drinks for all runners at the end.
Medical
Medical tent will be on site
All Children under 10 or those who need assistance must be accompanied by an adult

Course Description
Edmonton
This will be a combination of pavement and trail run through the beautiful North Saskatchewan River valley trails to Hawrelak Park and back, and includes three distances of 5 km and 10 km and a kids 2.15 km race at the same location.

The Saskatoon course will run alongside the North Saskatchewan River on the Meewasin Trail
